Returns and Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy upon receipt of order subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be free from scratches & damage.
  • Shipping cost associated with the return of item(s) will not be covered by Mainline Cycles.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the returned order.

Returns outside of this period will be accepted at the discretion of Mainline Cycles.

Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Simply get in touch via the Contact Us page and request a return or exchange. Return information will be emailed to you.

Please provide the following details in the contact us form for our team to process your returns quickly and easily

  • Your name
  • Date of purchase
  • Items(s) returning
  • Reason for return; refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please provide details why
  • If you would like to exchange your item please let us know which replacement you would like

Once our service team has reviewed your request, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to return your item/s to Mainline Cycles.

All refund requests will be credited back to the original payment method used. 

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We do monitor the number of returns by customers and continued returns will be flagged.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are subject to the stock availability at the time of receipt of return order. Buyer is to pay for return postage.

Will I receive a full refund?

You will receive a full refund for items returned within the 30 day return period. All products must be in new and undamaged condition.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important information

We try to ensure that we display as accurately as possible our products' colour and shape including specific dimensions to help you choose the right product.

All items are quality control checked for faults and damage before they are dispatched to customers. If you do receive an item that has been damaged please get in touch.

Items should be returned in the same or equivalent packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
